Join our team for the opening of our Milan Spiga store as Part-Time Stock Controller.
Your missions will be as follow:
Receiving and checking deliveries of goods (checking delivery notes, labelling, beeping);
Managing the stockroom (sorting by size, maintenance, monitoring and restocking);
Managing and controlling available pieces on the floor and stock-keeping;
Managing reservations of products for VIPs and shipments;
Participating in weekly, quarterly and annual inventories;
Managing transfers between the various boutiques;
Supporting sales teams (going to the stockroom and providing products requested by the customer).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
You have at least 3 years' experience in this type of position in a luxury goods environment.
You are trustworthy and reliable.
You are flexible, adaptable, dynamic, organized and rigorous.
You have a thing for customer service and love luxury products.&lt;br /&gt;

Retail Merchandising
Support lors des périodes de showrooms (analyses, saisie des assortiments)
Analyses quantitatives et qualitatives ad hoc des performances des collections et du réseau
Création des outils de collections (training book, modelario, etc.)
Support quotidien des boutiques (transferts &amp; rebalancing)
Retail 360
Organisation des événements et animations in-store
Rédaction des comptes-rendus événements &amp; activations
Préparation des weekly meetings avec les Directeurs.rices de Boutiques
Elaboration des analyses Retail mensuelles 
Communication aux Directeurs.rices de Boutiques sur les sujets quotidiens
Consolidations de données, mise à jour de divers documents de suivi
Alternance à pourvoir pour septembre 2026.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
En formation BAC +4/5, vous avez une sensibilité mode, luxe et une réelle appétence pour le domaine du Retail.
Excellente maitrise d’Excel.
Une première expérience similaire serait idéale.
Dynamisme, rigueur, organisation et excellent relationnel.
Français et anglais courants.&lt;br /&gt;

This position requires at least 2 years of experience on a similar assignment within a strong Luxury House like ours.
Candidates have to be familiar with luxury brand service standards and bring a client book of potential significant clients.
Regular attendance and punctuality.
Ability to professionally interact with management and coworkers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities.
Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.&lt;br /&gt;
