We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media and Influence expert to join our marketing team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing our brand’s social media strategy and managing our influencer marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing, PR, VIP and creative teams to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, and drive both digital and physical sales for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to build and maintain a consistent brand presence.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content that aligns with the image of the brand and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor, manage, and grow social media communities, including engaging with followers.
Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize social media campaigns and engagement.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, incorporating new strategies to enhance brand presence.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key influencers, both micro and macro, aligned with the brand’s values and image.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including event attendances, seeding, collaborations, and content creation to drive brand awareness and sales.
Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers and manage campaign timelines to ensure on-time execution.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring measurable ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
Work closely with the Content Team to ensure that social media content reflect the brand’s high-end aesthetic and vision.
Collaborate with PR, VIP and Marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that bridge social media, influencer marketing, and brand activations.
Work closely together with the regions, notably China, to align Social Media and Influence strategies and adapt global communication to local platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Red, Douyin, etc.)
Reporting & Analytics:
Track social media and influencer marketing KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, sales, etc.) and generate reports to measure campaign success.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and increase audience engagement across platforms.
Keep up with trends and report on competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Budget Monitoring & Management: Ensure campaigns and collaborations stay within budget while delivering high-quality results. Track expenses, optimize resource use, and collaborate with finance and marketing teams for timely invoicing and accurate reporting.
2 - 4 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably within the luxury and fashion industries.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation tools, and influencer marketing trends.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Lefty, launchmetrics, Dash Hudson, etc.).
Creative, innovative, and proactive with a passion for luxury fashion and digital trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
A strong network of influencers, media contacts, and industry professionals is a plus.
Fluency in French and English.
