Job description

Role:

She/he will be part of the Accounting Department and will be involved in day-by-day administrative-accounting activities.

The candidate, by way of example, will deal with the management of ordinary accounting, with activities to support the invoice management, the reporting activities, in addition to the participation to the whole ongoing project.

 

Responsibilities: ACCOUNTANT

She / he will deal with the following activities:

  • Supplier accounting : Registration of supplier invoices, VAT monthly closing, VAT plafond
  • General Ledger: Ledger accounting record and bank reconciliations
  • Fiscal tasks : LIPE communication and VAT periodical liquidations, Intrastat data preparation

 

Profile

Requirements for this role:

  • Accounting degree in Economics
  • Previous experience in similar roles for 2/3 years, preferably in structured companies or in one of the “Big Four” firms
  • Good knowledge of fiscal laws and the IT GAAP
  • Good knowledge of Excel 
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Must be precise and organized
  • Ability to work in team and on deadlines
