Job description

You will contribute to establish Balmain image at 360 degrees from social media to advertisement, including events and special projects, from its design to its marketing, according to the company's sales and marketing strategy. 

 

Details of missions :

  • Define content creation strategy in line with the brand strategy to growth brand desirability and thus sales.
  • Suggest and identify the right partners to work with to implement the strategy and ensure image consistency.
  • Supervision different brand activities to ensure consistency across activities (from content to Fashion Shows, to special events).
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a coherent marketing and communication strategy and ensure all specific needs are supported *ie Social media needs;
  • Be the point of contact for the various stakeholders, including licensors partners, within the company and with external partners, for the planning, management, production, distribution and quality control of all creative content (digital, photographic, social, video, print, promotional material);
  • Build and develop a solid network of suppliers, freelancers, agencies and directors to cover the brand's production needs. Keep up to date with market prices, negotiate and challenge service providers;
  • Create and manage a media library (templates, images, videos, presentations, etc.);
  • Work with the creative team to increase the proportion of video and visual social content, ensuring that the house story is told;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, creating and developing innovative formats and concepts;
  • Be the contact with our service providers for the capture and broadcast of fashion shows on all the brand's platforms as well as on external sites. Be the guarantor of the quality of live broadcasts;
  • Collaborate with the digital and e-commerce teams to set up organic and paid campaigns, in order to support product launches and key events;
  • Monitor the evolution and successful achievement of KPIs to analyze and determine the most suitable content, optimize its planning and distribution, according to the audience for which it was created, in order to generate awareness and attract qualified traffic to our stores and web site.

Profile

 

At least 10 years of experience in a small brand or an agency with large-scale project management.


Advanced degree in Marketing or Communication.


Full professional fluency in English and French; a third language is a plus.


Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.


Agile, dynamic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a complex environment.


Proactive, customer-focused, passionate about the beauty/luxury industry.
Open-minded, creative, with a positive attitude.


Skilled in reporting.


Leadership and team development abilities.
