Job description

She/he will be included in the Accounting Department and will be involved in day-by-day administrative-accounting activities.

The candidates, by way of example, will deal with the management of ordinary accounting, with activities to support the invoice management, the reporting activities, in addition to the participation to the whole ongoing project.

The resource will also have to support general services by managing together with the manager the day-to-day, relations with suppliers, control of invoices for payment, contracts and produce reports.

 

Tasks to be learnt:

 

-          Good knowledge of the Electronic Invoice Flow System;

-          Ability to properly and quickly read an Invoice;

-          Managing the Customer and Supplier Accounting and the                 Active Invoice

-          Rationally and efficiently filing of the invoices for a profitable             consultation in case of need;

-          Dealing with deadlines;

-          Managing the Accounting for the Store and for the Plant;

-          Supporting the reconciliation of cash accounts and banks

-          General services assistant

Profile

Basic Requirements

 

  • Recent graduation (last year): Bachelor/Master degree in Economy
  •  Excellent Excel knowledge
