As a Runner at Balmain, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences by providing efficient back-of-house support and assisting the sales teams in delivering exceptional service. You will embody the brand's values and maintain its high standards, working in a past-paced and clientcentric environment. 

Your missions will be the following:

Sales Support

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to locate, retrieve, and present products promptly for clients
• Assist with stock replenishment on the shop floor to ensure an optimal presentation of the collection
• Support the team during high-traffic periods and special events by providing swift and efficient service

Back-of-House Operations

• Organize and manage stock in the back-of-house to ensure accessibility and alignment with store standards
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory processes
• Ensure that all merchandise is stored, handled, and transported with care to uphold brand standards
• Help pick up Harrods.com market place

Customer Experience

• Uphold a luxury service mindset by anticipating the needs of both clients and the sales team
• Provide discreet and efficient assistance to enhance the overall client journey

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with all team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a harmonious team environment
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to prioritize tasks and deliver excellent service

A previous experience in a fast-paced retail or luxury environment is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive attitude with a client-focused mindset.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Fluent in English.
